• Refund requests must be made within 7 to 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are only available for courses that have not been fully completed (less than 20% progress).
• If a course has technical issues or missing content, we will consider issuing a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Courses that have been fully completed.
• Subscription-based services (unless stated otherwise).
• Downloaded materials or issued certificates.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email used for purchase
• Order/ transaction ID/ reference
• Course Enrolled to
• Reason for refund request

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
